I created a water-cooling system for my PC so I can overclock the CPU to 5 GHz, with a max temperature of 70 C.  As a bonus, it looks super cool with the LED lighting I added.  The fins on the top of the case open when the GPU reaches 40 C, effectively doubling the cooling capacity.

I managed to do all of this while spilling minimal water on my living room floor.
